A New Green Landmark in the Heart of Malmö
Cityterrassen is an ambitious urban development project taking shape in central Malmö. With a strong focus on sustainability, modern housing solutions, and energy-efficient materials, a new neighborhood is being created with the future in mind. The project consists of two taller buildings of 16 and 18 storeys respectively, with a lower building in between – together forming Cityterrassen with a total of 174 apartments. The development combines lush terraces, smart architecture, and a central location – all designed to meet the demands of tomorrow in terms of both quality of life and environmental responsibility.
